TRT Dose Calculator is an educational tool for arithmetic calculations and unit conversion. It is not clinical software, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace professional medical advice, evaluation, or treatment.
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to start, stop, or change any therapy, medication, dose, or injection frequency. Always verify every value with a qualified physician or licensed healthcare professional.
The calculator uses simple formulas for mg, mL, U-100 units, weekly averages, EOD averages of 3.5 injections weekly, blend breakdowns, schedule planning, and vial usage. These formulas describe mathematical conversion, not whether a dose is appropriate for any specific person.
The U-100 scale is treated as 100 units = 1 mL, meaning 1 unit = 0.01 mL. Different syringes or devices may have different markings, tolerances, or measurement accuracy. Always confirm the specific device before drawing any amount.
In Blend mode, each compound is calculated from the concentration entered in mg/mL, while the syringe is based on total mL per injection. Inputs should match the actual label, composition, and concentration of the product.
The schedule and vial calculations are planning aids for educational use. They do not account for draw loss, dead space in a needle or syringe, measuring error, sterility, expiration dating, or storage requirements.
The tool is provided as is. We do not guarantee that results are complete, appropriate, or error-free for every situation. Use is at your own risk. If you have medical symptoms or an emergency, seek urgent medical care.
